{"id":10898,"date":"2025-04-03T11:28:03","date_gmt":"2025-04-03T17:28:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=10898"},"modified":"2025-04-03T11:28:07","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T17:28:07","slug":"presidenta-habla-de-ley-elizondo-contra-extorsion-sexual-de-menores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2025\/04\/03\/presidenta-habla-de-ley-elizondo-contra-extorsion-sexual-de-menores\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidenta habla de Ley Elizondo contra extorsi\u00f3n sexual de menores"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><kbd>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico <\/kbd><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la ma\u00f1anera de hoy se le pregunt\u00f3 a la Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum sobre la nueva Ley contra extorsiones que mencion\u00f3 hace unos d\u00edas, preguntando si esta incluir\u00eda la ciber protecci\u00f3n a los menores de edad poniendo como ejemplo el caso del Diputado local de Morena en Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Jes\u00fas Elizondo, quien siendo menor de edad fue extorsionando con un video intimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQue se proteja a la v\u00edctima y no tenga que regresar otra vez (a denunciar) y ponga en riesgo incluso su vida, se est\u00e1 trabajando sobre ello\u201d &#8211; Claudia Sheinbaum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Presidenta hizo menci\u00f3n que ya est\u00e1 castigado en la ley la difusi\u00f3n de material intimo pero que al tratarse de una extorsi\u00f3n entrar\u00eda en otro supuesto.
