{"id":14654,"date":"2025-06-04T18:35:08","date_gmt":"2025-06-05T00:35:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=14654"},"modified":"2025-06-04T18:35:11","modified_gmt":"2025-06-05T00:35:11","slug":"pasan-121-empresas-para-capacitarlas-rumbo-al-distintivo-tre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/04\/pasan-121-empresas-para-capacitarlas-rumbo-al-distintivo-tre\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasan 121 empresas para capacitarlas rumbo al Distintivo Tre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><kbd>Monterrey<\/kbd><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para promover que las empresas de Nuevo Le\u00f3n lleven a cabo el cumplimiento de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas, procesos y procedimientos que impulsen el trabajo responsable propiciando ambientes de trabajo seguros, \u00f3ptimos y armoniosos, cada a\u00f1o el Gobierno del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo otorga el distintivo TRe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Federico Rojas Veloquio, Secretario delTrabajo, explic\u00f3 que las empresas elegidas deben de cumplir con una serie de requisitos en diversas etapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Distintivo TRe busca que las empresas cuenten con los 4 pilares en el Trabajo: Laboral, Recursos Humanos, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos muy contentos con el inter\u00e9s que las empresas han mostrado con su participaci\u00f3n. Tenemos el d\u00eda de hoy a HEB, con la participaci\u00f3n de 48 tiendas que compiten para obtener el Distintivo TRe, las cuales superaron la etapa de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n y se encuentran en la etapas de Llenado e Reporte de la Organizaci\u00f3n, el taller es para darles informaci\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo llenar el reporte de forma correcta\u201d, explic\u00f3 el funcionario estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3, que esto lleva a que las empresas participantes propicien una cultura preventiva de accidentes laborales. Se les invita que cumplan con los marcos legales aplicables, se promueven los seis valores TRe: responsabilidad, honestidad, eficiencia, colaboraci\u00f3n, seguridad y justicia social, para que las empresas cuenten con un entorno laboral responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/IMG-20250604-WA0197-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14656\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/IMG-20250604-WA0197-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/IMG-20250604-WA0197-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/IMG-20250604-WA0197-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/IMG-20250604-WA0197-1536x1023.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/IMG-20250604-WA0197.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3n se registraron un total de 215 empresas de las cuales 121 pasaron a la etapa de capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Eladio Lim\u00f3n, indic\u00f3 que las empresas tienen como fecha m\u00e1xima de entrega del reporte de la organizaci\u00f3n, el pr\u00f3ximo 4 de julio a las 17:00 horas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1 cerca del 22 de agosto cuando se d\u00e9 a conocer que empresas son las que califican para la siguiente etapa que corresponde a la visita de campo en donde los inspectores validar\u00e1n la informaci\u00f3n que contiene los formatos entregados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas visitas se llevaran a cabo del 26 de agosto al 30 de septiembre y de ah\u00ed se va a anunciar las empresas que ser\u00e1n condecoradas con el Distintivo TRe el 15 de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Distintivo TRe en su primera edici\u00f3n en el 2022 cont\u00f3 con la participaron de 116 empresas, 33 obtuvieron el distintivo; en su segunda edici\u00f3n 2023, participaron 211 empresas, 49 resultaron ganadoras.
