{"id":16857,"date":"2025-07-11T18:00:05","date_gmt":"2025-07-12T00:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=16857"},"modified":"2025-07-11T18:00:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-12T00:00:08","slug":"apercibe-ieepcnl-a-vida-nl-por-incumplimientos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/11\/apercibe-ieepcnl-a-vida-nl-por-incumplimientos\/","title":{"rendered":"Apercibe IEEPCNL a VIDA NL por incumplimientos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><kbd>Monterrey<\/kbd><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo General del Instituto Estatal Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de Nuevo Le\u00f3n (IEEPCNL), apercibi\u00f3 al partido local VIDA NL, por incumplir con obligaciones de los partidos pol\u00edticos, en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria de este 11 de julio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto apercibi\u00f3 al partido para que no vuelva a incumplir con el deber de comunicar al organismo cualquier modificaci\u00f3n que realice a sus documentos b\u00e1sicos en el plazo legal estipulado, bajo la advertencia de que, en caso de no hacerlo, el Consejo General determinar\u00e1 lo que corresponda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el IEEPCNL estableci\u00f3 que VIDA NL cumpli\u00f3 parcialmente con informar al Instituto, lo relativo a la publicaci\u00f3n de un comunicado en sus medios de difusi\u00f3n, por lo cual lo apercibi\u00f3 para que no repita este incumplimiento, o de lo contrario, podr\u00e1 establecer lo que en derecho convenga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, el \u00f3rgano electoral se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el partido cumpli\u00f3 con el procedimiento estatutario para modificar sus documentos b\u00e1sicos, as\u00ed como con una prevenci\u00f3n realizada con anterioridad, relativa a sus Estatutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto orden\u00f3 registrar las modificaciones realizadas a los documentos b\u00e1sicos de VIDA NL, en el libro respectivo, as\u00ed como dar vista al INE de lo anterior, para los efectos legales necesarios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monterrey El Consejo General del Instituto Estatal Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de Nuevo Le\u00f3n (IEEPCNL), apercibi\u00f3 al partido local VIDA NL, por incumplir con obligaciones de los partidos pol\u00edticos, en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria de este 11 de julio.
