{"id":17215,"date":"2025-07-18T20:43:37","date_gmt":"2025-07-19T02:43:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=17215"},"modified":"2025-07-18T20:44:32","modified_gmt":"2025-07-19T02:44:32","slug":"invita-estado-a-aprender-ingles-gratis-y-oportunidad-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2025\/07\/18\/invita-estado-a-aprender-ingles-gratis-y-oportunidad-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Invita Estado a aprender ingl\u00e9s b\u00e1sico gratis en l\u00ednea"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><kbd>Monterrey<\/kbd><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de seguir impulsando el desarrollo laboral y preparar al Estado rumbo al Mundial 2026, el Gobierno de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo, activ\u00f3 la convocatoria para mil becas del curso de ingl\u00e9s gratuito \u201cIngl\u00e9s para Atenci\u00f3n y Servicio al Cliente\u201d, dirigido a personas que deseen ampliar sus habilidades laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular de la dependencia, Federico Rojas Veloquio se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se trata de una capacitaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica en modalidad en l\u00ednea, enfocada en el sector de atenci\u00f3n al cliente, hoteler\u00eda, comercio, gastronom\u00eda y turismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQueremos que m\u00e1s personas puedan hablar ingl\u00e9s para brindar un excelente servicio a quienes llegan al Estado y que se vayan preparando para atender a los turistas y visitantes que recibiremos en el Mundial, pero sobre todo, para que se profesionalicen y tengan m\u00e1s herramientas para obtener mejores empleos\u201d, expres\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El curso es completamente gratuito, en modalidad en l\u00ednea, con clases en vivo y contenido asincr\u00f3nico que puede revisarse a cualquier hora. Tiene una duraci\u00f3n de cuatro semanas, equivalente a 80 horas de capacitaci\u00f3n intensiva, y est\u00e1 disponible en dos horarios: matutino, de 9:00 a 13:00 horas, o vespertino, de 14:00 a 18:00 horas, para facilitar el acceso a personas con diferentes jornadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el curso, los participantes aprender\u00e1n frases comunes para atenci\u00f3n al cliente, c\u00f3mo tomar pedidos o reservas, resolver quejas o problemas, describir productos y servicios, dar indicaciones b\u00e1sicas en ingl\u00e9s, hablar de atractivos tur\u00edsticos y comunicarse de forma adecuada con personas extranjeras.
