{"id":1939,"date":"2024-05-10T17:47:09","date_gmt":"2024-05-10T23:47:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=1939"},"modified":"2024-05-10T17:49:06","modified_gmt":"2024-05-10T23:49:06","slug":"1939","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2024\/05\/10\/1939\/","title":{"rendered":"Va NL por integraci\u00f3n del Consejo Estatal contra la Discriminaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>STAFF <\/strong><kbd>Monterrey<\/kbd><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En respuesta al compromiso asumido por el Gobernador Samuel Garc\u00eda Sep\u00falveda el pasado 20 de febrero durante la sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad y No Discriminaci\u00f3n, el d\u00eda de hoy se public\u00f3 la convocatoria para formar parte del Consejo Estatal para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n en Nuevo Le\u00f3n (COPRED).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La convocatoria establece que este Consejo ser\u00e1 un \u00f3rgano plural de consulta, asesor\u00eda, vinculaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n entre Gobierno y sociedad, donde sus integrantes estar\u00e1n a cargo de la recepci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de quejas por presuntos actos de discriminaci\u00f3n. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, se establece que de conformidad con la Ley para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n en el estado, la Junta de Gobierno de este Consejo estar\u00e1 integrada, entre otras, por siete personas consejeras que deber\u00e1n pertenecer a alguna asociaci\u00f3n civil constituida legalmente en el estado y que realice actividades sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, as\u00ed como otras siete que fungir\u00e1n como suplentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCabe destacar que el cargo de consejero tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de 3 a\u00f1os, que es de car\u00e1cter honor\u00edfico y como tal no recibir\u00e1 retribuci\u00f3n, emolumento o compensaci\u00f3n alguna por su desempe\u00f1o\u201d, precisa el documento publicado en la edici\u00f3n de este viernes del Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STAFF Monterrey En respuesta al compromiso asumido por el Gobernador Samuel Garc\u00eda Sep\u00falveda el pasado 20 de febrero durante la sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Igualdad y No Discriminaci\u00f3n, el d\u00eda de hoy se public\u00f3 la convocatoria para formar parte del Consejo Estatal para Prevenir y Eliminar la Discriminaci\u00f3n en Nuevo Le\u00f3n (COPRED).
