{"id":21783,"date":"2025-10-03T17:20:40","date_gmt":"2025-10-03T23:20:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=21783"},"modified":"2025-10-03T17:20:41","modified_gmt":"2025-10-03T23:20:41","slug":"plantea-bere-martinez-homologar-tarifas-de-divorcio-en-nl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/03\/plantea-bere-martinez-homologar-tarifas-de-divorcio-en-nl\/","title":{"rendered":"Plantea Bere Mart\u00ednez homologar tarifas de divorcio en NL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><kbd>Monterrey<\/kbd> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Vice Coordinadora del Grupo Legislativo de Morena, Bere Martinez, present\u00f3 una iniciativa para homologar las tarifas aplicadas a los tr\u00e1mites de divorcios administrativos en las oficial\u00edas del Registro Civil de Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bere Mart\u00ednez busca adicionar un segundo p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 57 de la Ley del Registro Civil para el Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diputada local explic\u00f3 que las tarifas por concepto de divorcio administrativo var\u00edan dependiendo la Oficina del Registro Civil donde se hace el tr\u00e1mite, porque se aplican cobros divergentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Por ejemplo, en Agualeguas se cobra entre 3 mil y 4 mil pesos por el tr\u00e1mite de un divorcio, pero en Guadalupe el costo puede llegar a 5 mil pesos. En Monterrey las cantidades oscilan entre 5 mil y 6 mil pesos, y en algunos casos hasta 10 mil pesos&#8221;, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La legisladora indic\u00f3 que la disparidad en la cuota es contraria al principio de igualdad en el servicio p\u00fablico y disposiciones legales vigentes, por lo que con esta iniciativa se busca que las Oficial\u00edas homologuen la tarifa y se ajusten a lo que dispone la Ley Hacendaria del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Esto no puede seguir siendo as\u00ed, lo que nosotros buscamos es homologar completamente, creemos que es un poco exagerado que les cobren 10 mil pesos, no puede seguir siendo un negocio el divorcio&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Bere Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EI INEGI report\u00f3 que en el 2024 Nuevo Le\u00f3n se ubic\u00f3 en segundo lugar a nivel nacional en cuanto a divorcios, al registrarse 15 mil 387.
