Con este registro, quienes no cumplan con su responsabilidad ya no podr\u00e1n evadirla, los derechos de las ni\u00f1as y los ni\u00f1os no pueden esperar&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la diputada federal Lily Olivares, una de las principales promoventes de esta reforma..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Poder Judicial del Estado, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el DIF Nuevo Le\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 responsable de integrar, actualizar y analizar la informaci\u00f3n sobre el incumplimiento de obligaciones alimentarias. La informaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 p\u00fablica conforme a la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales y tambi\u00e9n se compartir\u00e1 con el Registro Nacional de Obligaciones Alimentarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El registro emitir\u00e1 certificados de no inscripci\u00f3n, que ser\u00e1n requisito para diversos tr\u00e1mites como licencias de conducir, pasaportes, matrimonio, operaciones notariales y participaci\u00f3n en cargos p\u00fablicos.
