Con la determinaci\u00f3n de sancionar y evitar malas pr\u00e1cticas por\u00a0parte de las empresas contratadas por los municipios para rehabilitar las calles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Es hora de tener la vialidades de calidad&#8221;, enfatiz\u00f3 Torres Cant\u00fa. &#8220;Con esta\u00a0iniciativa los empresarios la van a pensar dos veces antes de incumplir las\u00a0especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas que establece la ley. He visto en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os como se\u00a0asignan contratos millonarios y las calles no mejoran ni duran mucho tiempo y es\u00a0 por eso que presento esta iniciativa porque merecemos calles, avenidas y\u00a0carreteras de calidad&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta primera iniciativa de muchas, El Gallo se compromete que de llegar a ser\u00a0electo este pr\u00f3ximo 2 de junio impulsara leyes para mejorar la calidad de vida de\u00a0todos los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Mi compromiso con los ciudadanos es firme: trabajar incansablemente para mi\u00a0distrito no solo desde el congreso sino en las calles con los vecinos que\u00a0representare&#8221;, declar\u00f3 Torres. &#8220;Hoy las sanciones a los que hacen calles de mala\u00a0calidad son bajas, es por eso que la propuesta es incrementarlas para que sean\u00a0ejemplares&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El art\u00edculo en cuesti\u00f3n que se propone modificar es el 117 de la Ley para la\u00a0Construcci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Pavimentos del Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, que\u00a0actualmente establece una sanci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima para la empresa a cargo de la obra de\u00a0diez mil Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMAS) equivalente a 1,085,700 pesos,\u00a0la propuesta de Torres es aumentar la sanci\u00f3n a los siguientes montos un m\u00ednimo\u00a0de veinte mil UMAS igual a 2,171,400 pudiendo llegar a un m\u00e1ximo de hasta las\u00a0dos terceras partes del costo total de la obra, teniendo que reparar el da\u00f1o adem\u00e1s\u00a0los municipios deber\u00e1n abstenerse de asignarle futuros contratos en tanto no cubra\u00a0la sanci\u00f3n y la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel Torres &#8220;El Gallo&#8221; se presenta como un profesionista capaz, con experiencia y\u00a0comprometido con su distrito, estando preparado para representar al distrito 15 local\u00a0con cabecera en Guadalupe, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, dispuesto a aportar soluciones significativas ya impulsar un cambio positivo en general.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STAFF Guadalupe Preocupado y con el inter\u00e9s de mejorar las\u00a0vialidades de la ciudad, Daniel Torres &#8220;El Gallo&#8221; presento iniciativa de Ley para reformar\u00a0diversas disposiciones de la Ley para la Construcci\u00f3n y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de Pavimentos del\u00a0Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n.
