El Municipio de Guadalupe apercibi\u00f3 a la empresa Funwick que gener\u00f3 afectaciones severas en el pavimento de la lateral de la avenida Eloy Cavazos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En coordinaci\u00f3n, la Direcci\u00f3n municipal del Medio Ambiente y Sustentabilidad y la Secretar\u00eda de Servicios P\u00fablicos inspeccionaron el \u00e1rea, entregando un citatorio y exhort\u00f3 a la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los representantes de la misma deber\u00e1n presentarse este jueves por la ma\u00f1ana a la Direcci\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente del Municipio para verificar si se comprometen a rehabilitar la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En caso de que sea la autoridad la que reconstruya el pavimento, el Municipio proceder\u00e1 a imponer una multa de mil UMAS, equivalentes a m\u00e1s de 133 mil pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La prioridad para el Municipio es evitar riesgos a los automovilistas y transe\u00fantes que transitan por la zona, cercana a la calle Sierra de Lampazos, en el sentido poniente-oriente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
