{"id":29455,"date":"2026-01-29T16:17:46","date_gmt":"2026-01-29T22:17:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=29455"},"modified":"2026-01-29T16:17:47","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T22:17:47","slug":"continua-congreso-analisis-para-reforzar-delitos-de-odio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/29\/continua-congreso-analisis-para-reforzar-delitos-de-odio\/","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faa Congreso an\u00e1lisis para reforzar delitos de odio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><kbd>Monterrey<\/kbd><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Congreso local, a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Seguridad P\u00fablica, llev\u00f3 a cabo una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo para dar seguimiento al di\u00e1logo con integrantes de la comunidad trans, quienes han presentado iniciativas orientadas al fortalecimiento del marco legal frente a los delitos de odio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la reuni\u00f3n de trabajo que fue encabezada por el Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Seguridad P\u00fablica del Poder Legislativo, acudieron representantes de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado quienes realizaron aportaciones para enriquecer el tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste di\u00e1logo representa un avance significativo. Estamos escuchando a la comunidad, revisando las propuestas con sustento t\u00e9cnico y analizando los pros, los retos y las coincidencias para construir una iniciativa s\u00f3lida\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la reuni\u00f3n se identificaron puntos de coincidencia, as\u00ed como aspectos que requieren mayor an\u00e1lisis jur\u00eddico, por lo que se acord\u00f3 continuar con mesas de trabajo especializadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHabr\u00e1 m\u00e1s reuniones. Vamos a seguir avanzando en las coincidencias y revisando con responsabilidad las diferencias.
