{"id":38120,"date":"2026-05-22T18:40:48","date_gmt":"2026-05-23T00:40:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=38120"},"modified":"2026-05-22T19:39:26","modified_gmt":"2026-05-23T01:39:26","slug":"miguel-flores-reafirma-apoyo-a-pymes-con-programa-cero-clausuras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2026\/05\/22\/miguel-flores-reafirma-apoyo-a-pymes-con-programa-cero-clausuras\/","title":{"rendered":"Mike Flores reafirma apoyo a Pymes con Cero Clausuras"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><kbd>Monterrey<\/kbd>, Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Con el objetivo de evitar sanciones derivadas por detalles t\u00e9cnicos menores, el Secretario General de Gobierno, Miguel \u00c1ngel Flores Serna, refrend\u00f3 el compromiso de apoyar a las Peque\u00f1as y Medianas Empresas (Pymes) para que regularicen su situaci\u00f3n y contin\u00faen sus actividades econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario estatal realz\u00f3 la trascendencia del programa Cero Clausuras y NL\u00ednea, la plataforma de digitalizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites, con las que Gobierno de Nuevo Le\u00f3n busca que los emprendimientos no est\u00e9n en riesgo por la presi\u00f3n financiera que implica una suspensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLlega una inspecci\u00f3n y buscan cualquier detalle m\u00ednimo para amenazar con clausurar. Muchas veces lo que en realidad estaba detr\u00e1s de eso es presi\u00f3n, corrupci\u00f3n y negocios cerrados que dif\u00edcilmente se vuelven a levantar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cToda Pyme de bajo riesgo que tenga voluntad de cumplir y se incorpore al programa recibir\u00e1 acompa\u00f1amiento para regularizarse y tener todos sus documentos en orden. As\u00ed el Gobierno ayuda, orienta y, como \u00faltimo recurso, sanciona\u201d, asever\u00f3 el Secretario General de Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flores Serna reafirm\u00f3 la importancia que tienen las Pymes para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, ya que representan el 90 por ciento de las empresas y generan cuatro de cada 10 empleos en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el Secretario General de Gobierno aclar\u00f3 que las inspecciones contin\u00faan y aplicar\u00e1n sanciones cuando corresponda e incluso pueden clausurar si se detectan riesgos para la salud, el medio ambiente o la seguridad de los trabajadores, clientes o de la poblaci\u00f3n en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, exhort\u00f3 a denunciar cualquier acto de corrupci\u00f3n o intento de extorsi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la L\u00ednea de Atenci\u00f3n Ciudadana 070, el n\u00famero de denuncia an\u00f3nima 089 o mediante las plataformas OpinaRed y CorrupNet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/1000215367-1.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monterrey, Nuevo Le\u00f3n Con el objetivo de evitar sanciones derivadas por detalles t\u00e9cnicos menores, el Secretario General de Gobierno, Miguel \u00c1ngel Flores Serna, refrend\u00f3 el compromiso de apoyar a las Peque\u00f1as y Medianas Empresas (Pymes) para que regularicen su situaci\u00f3n y contin\u00faen sus actividades econ\u00f3micas.
