{"id":39520,"date":"2026-06-09T11:36:19","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T17:36:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=39520"},"modified":"2026-06-09T11:36:19","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T17:36:19","slug":"avanza-iniciativa-de-mc-contra-padres-feminicidas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2026\/06\/09\/avanza-iniciativa-de-mc-contra-padres-feminicidas\/","title":{"rendered":"Avanza iniciativa de MC contra padres feminicidas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><kbd>Nuevo Le\u00f3n <\/kbd><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Diputada local de Movimiento Ciudadano, Melisa Pe\u00f1a, impuls\u00f3 una reforma al C\u00f3digo Civil de Nuevo Le\u00f3n que fue aprobada por el Congreso del Estado que fortalece la protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes al establecer la suspensi\u00f3n de la patria potestad cuando exista un auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por feminicidio o tentativa de feminicidio cometido contra su madre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La modificaci\u00f3n busca garantizar medidas de protecci\u00f3n inmediatas para las y los menores que enfrentan contextos de violencia extrema, privilegiando en todo momento su seguridad y bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la reforma al art\u00edculo 447 del C\u00f3digo Civil, se incorpora una nueva causal para suspender la patria potestad cuando una persona sea vinculada a proceso por el delito de feminicidio o su tentativa en contra de la madre de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes sujetos a patria potestad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"668\" src=\"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/1000259640.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39523\" srcset=\"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/1000259640.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/1000259640-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/1000259640-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLas ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes no pueden quedar en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad despu\u00e9s de perder a su madre a causa de la violencia feminicida. Esta reforma coloca en el centro su protecci\u00f3n y bienestar\u201d, destac\u00f3 la legisladora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la aprobaci\u00f3n de esta medida representa un avance para garantizar el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez y reforzar la respuesta institucional frente a los casos de violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos fortaleciendo nuestro marco
