(\u201cFEMSA\u201d o la \u201cCompa\u00f1\u00eda\u201d) (NYSE: FMX; BMV: FEMSAUBD, FEMSAUB) anunci\u00f3 hoy que ha llegado a un acuerdo definitivo con Mill Point Capital LLC, una firma l\u00edder de capital privado, para desinvertir las operaciones de equipos de refrigeraci\u00f3n y de servicio de alimentos de FEMSA, Imbera y Torrey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n y acuerdo se establecieron por un monto total de 8 mil millones de pesos, neto de caja y deuda, seg\u00fan un comunicado oficial enviado por FEMSA:<br>Esta transacci\u00f3n representa un paso adicional en la ejecuci\u00f3n del plan FEMSA Forward que se comunic\u00f3 en febrero de 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La transacci\u00f3n est\u00e1 sujeta a aprobaciones regulatorias y otras condiciones habituales, y se espera que cierre en los siguientes meses<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STAFF Monterrey Fomento Econ\u00f3mico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V.
