{"id":41385,"date":"2026-07-04T14:32:08","date_gmt":"2026-07-04T20:32:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=41385"},"modified":"2026-07-04T14:33:03","modified_gmt":"2026-07-04T20:33:03","slug":"vidusa-y-fideurb-rehabilitan-camellon-de-l1-del-metro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2026\/07\/04\/vidusa-y-fideurb-rehabilitan-camellon-de-l1-del-metro\/","title":{"rendered":"Vidusa-FIDEURB rehabilitan camell\u00f3n de L1 del Metro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><kbd>Monterrey<\/kbd>, Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco del programa Ponte Nuevo, Ponte Mundial, la empresa VIDUSA y el Fideicomiso de Desarrollo Urbano del Gobierno del Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, FIDEURB, realizaron trabajos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n urbana en el camell\u00f3n central de la L\u00ednea 1 del Metro, sobre la avenida Col\u00f3n, contribuyendo a mejorar la imagen, el orden y las condiciones del entorno urbano en una de las zonas de mayor tr\u00e1nsito de Monterrey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las acciones contemplaron una intervenci\u00f3n de limpieza general en 11,200 metros cuadrados, la aplicaci\u00f3n de pintura en 5.6 kil\u00f3metros de cordones amarillos y la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de 1,000 metros cuadrados de jardinera ubicada frente a la Central de Autobuses de Monterrey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos trabajos forman parte de una estrategia de colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Gobierno del Estado y la iniciativa privada para recuperar espacios p\u00fablicos, mejorar la experiencia de peatones, usuarios del transporte p\u00fablico y automovilistas, as\u00ed como fortalecer una imagen urbana m\u00e1s limpia, ordenada y digna para todas y todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el acto de entrega estuvo presente el Dr. Mauricio Robles Montiel, en representaci\u00f3n de la Arq. Guadalupe L\u00f3pez, Directora General de FIDEURB. Por parte de VIDUSA asisti\u00f3 el Ing. H\u00e9ctor Aguilar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n participaron integrantes del personal administrativo del Fideicomiso, as\u00ed como parte de las personas que integran las cuadrillas de trabajo de la empresa, a quienes se les agradeci\u00f3 personalmente el esfuerzo, la dedicaci\u00f3n y el compromiso demostrado durante la realizaci\u00f3n de esta intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta intervenci\u00f3n, VIDUSA se suma activamente al programa Ponte Nuevo, Ponte Mundial, aportando su experiencia, capacidad operativa y compromiso con Nuevo Le\u00f3n para contribuir a que la ciudad cuente con espacios m\u00e1s adecuados, seguros y agradables para quienes diariamente transitan por esta zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FIDEURB reconoci\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de VIDUSA y el trabajo coordinado que permiti\u00f3 ampliar los alcances de esta intervenci\u00f3n, destacando que la colaboraci\u00f3n entre gobierno, empresas y sociedad es fundamental para seguir transformando el entorno urbano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa Ponte Nuevo, Ponte Mundial, impulsado por el Gobierno del Estado, contin\u00faa generando resultados mediante
