Llegaremos hasta las \u00faltimas consecuencias\u201d, advirti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flores Serna record\u00f3 que la protecci\u00f3n animal es uno de los temas en los que el Gobierno de Nuevo Le\u00f3n ha impulsado cambios al marco legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En julio pasado, el Secretario General de Gobierno present\u00f3 ante el Congreso del Estado dos iniciativas para endurecer las sanciones contra el maltrato y abuso animal. Una de ellas propone reformar el C\u00f3digo Penal para establecer penas de hasta 12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n cuando el abuso animal cometido con dolo provoque la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1000369024.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La segunda iniciativa plantea la creaci\u00f3n del Registro Estatal de Maltratadores y Agresores Animales (REMAA), un padr\u00f3n p\u00fablico de personas sentenciadas por delitos de maltrato o abuso animal, con el objetivo de prevenir la reincidencia y fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de los animales y de la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn Nuevo Le\u00f3n tenemos que ser firmes contra cualquier forma de violencia.
