{"id":4580,"date":"2024-08-06T17:24:39","date_gmt":"2024-08-06T23:24:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/?p=4580"},"modified":"2024-08-06T17:24:40","modified_gmt":"2024-08-06T23:24:40","slug":"investiga-cedhnl-denuncias-en-contra-del-dif-capullos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/index.php\/2024\/08\/06\/investiga-cedhnl-denuncias-en-contra-del-dif-capullos\/","title":{"rendered":"Investiga CEDHNL denuncias en contra del DIF Capullos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>STAFF <kbd>Monterrey<\/kbd> <br>\u00a0<br>La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n inici\u00f3 un expediente de queja de oficio ante los casos de madres de familia que denuncian al DIF Estatal, por no permitirles ver a sus hijos e hijas que se llevaron al Centro Capullos.<br>\u00a0<br>La Presidenta de la CEDHNL, Susana M\u00e9ndez Arellano, detall\u00f3 que como parte de la queja de oficio se enviar\u00e1 una solicitud de informaci\u00f3n al DIF Estatal para que se expliquen los motivos por los cuales no se ha permitido la visita de las personas familiares.<br>\u00a0<br>Expres\u00f3 que las denuncias de las madres son preocupantes ya que no es la primera vez que Capullos ha sido se\u00f1alado, la CEDHNL ha recibido quejas contra los centros del DIF, e incluso las investigaciones han derivado en recomendaciones por violaciones graves a derechos humanos.<br>\u00a0<br>\u201cActualmente el DIF es el organismo descentralizado que ocupa el tercer lugar en el numero de quejas que se presentan a la Comision Estatal de Derechos Humanos. El primero es Agua y Drenaje, y el segundo la Defensor\u00eda P\u00fablica. Si hicieramos un an\u00e1lisis de las quejas, por universo de atenci\u00f3n, el universo de Agua y Drenaje somos seis millones de personas, y en el caso del DIF su universo de atenci\u00f3n oscila en 500 ni\u00f1os.
