Cuando la jerarqu\u00eda acad\u00e9mica se convierte en instrumento de humillaci\u00f3n, el da\u00f1o alcanza a la persona residente y, con ella, a la calidad de la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos de Nuevo Le\u00f3n (CEDHNL) acredit\u00f3 que una m\u00e9dica residente de la especialidad de Neumolog\u00eda del Hospital Metropolitano Dr. Bernardo Sep\u00falveda sufri\u00f3 violencia de g\u00e9nero por parte de su profesor titular. Las conductas fueron descalificaciones reiteradas sobre su capacidad profesional, una sobrecarga injustificada de trabajo y expresiones orientadas a que se percibiera como incompetente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la residente acudi\u00f3 a diversas instancias del hospital, la Secretar\u00eda de Salud no adopt\u00f3 medidas eficaces para detener la violencia. Estas conductas vulneraron sus derechos a una vida libre de violencia y a la integridad personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La normativa que regula las residencias m\u00e9dicas prescribe que las guardias se limiten a las previstas en el programa operativo. Las llamadas \u00abguardias de castigo\u00bb no tienen cabida en la formaci\u00f3n de especialistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CEDHNL recomend\u00f3 a la Secretar\u00eda de Salud:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Garantizar atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica gratuita, inmediata y accesible a la v\u00edctima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iniciar procedimientos de responsabilidad administrativa contra el personal m\u00e9dico involucrado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impartir cursos obligatorios de profesionalizaci\u00f3n sobre el derecho de las mujeres a una vida libre de violencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colaborar con la Comisi\u00f3n Ejecutiva Estatal de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas.<br>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud cuenta con diez d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para informar si acepta la Recomendaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/digitalreportmx.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/1000492267.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monterrey, NL Las residencias m\u00e9dicas forman a quienes ma\u00f1ana cuidar\u00e1n la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n.
